Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened and unused products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened or used. Because MOR is a skin-contact wearable product, this restriction is necessary for hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
